Atlas-isn’t that the coolest baby boy name! I loved it! Grandma came for this session too. I think it’s so special when grandparents want to get involved in the newborn session. It’s really important to tell me they are coming for photos though. That way I can make sure we have plenty of time for family photos, plus I like to remind the family how long a newborn session can take 3-4 hours. That way grandparents can come at the beginning and leave when they are all done. It’s a bonus if they can take older siblings home too. That way no one has to stay too long and it’s seems to always be less stressful for everyone.

The photos of him and his bog brother just melted my heart. You can tell they are going to be best friends and get into all kinds of things together. Atlas absolutely loved to be wrapped up. Once he was unwrapped though he was a bit of a feisty little guy. I absolutely love the color palette for this session- all the whites with grays and blues. I’m sure these are going to be so amazing hug up in his nursery.
