This was a dream session! I really wanted to do an ice cream them with soft pastel colors and I was so happy Carly’s mom was up for it! I got most of the supplies from Target and Amazon. I really lucked out when I went into Target. Their dollar spot section at the front of the store had a ton of ice cream party decorations. They had that adorable pink and white awning and at that moment I knew exactly what I wanted to make. They also had these kits to make the balloon ice cream cones, but you could easily make the same thing with construction paper and tissue paper.
Balloon Garland
If you are making a balloon garland, you’ll want to get a range of balloon sizes. I recommend a few 12 in, more 10 in, and a good amount of small 5 in.
