I thought it was so incredible when I found out sisters Corey and Katie were expecting at the same time. I knew we had to do maternity session with them together to document it. The girls got these beautiful sew trendy maternity dresses and flower crowns and everything about the outdoor salinas maternity session was perfect!
Not only was it incredible that these two beautiful sisters were pregnant together but I couldn’t believe they gave birth only 20 minutes apart! You can watch their incredible birth video here.

Talk about an incredible bond! I’ve been there to photograph all their major milestones, from newborn fresh from the hospital, to sitting up at 6 months, and now their 1 year photos. When Corey and Katie contacted me about 1 year photos I instantly new I wanted to recreate the maternity shot that became iconic from their first shoot.

The girls wore the same sew trendy dresses, now with a little more room, lol, and got flower crowns, and we attempted to use some number “1” balloons. Check out the video of the session and you’ll see how windy it was that day. So, the balloons were touch and go one whether they would work or not, hahah.

Since last week when they girls had their birthday and posted the comparison images, they went viral! It was super exciting. I woke up with my email inbox full of emails from places like ABC, Yahoo, and get this Cosmo!! What!?!!? It has been such an amazing experience, and I have felt so honored that everyone has loved the images so much!

My favorite part of this whole experience has been all the friends and clients that have reached out to my to congratulate me. It has been the sweetest thing and my heart is so full. Thank you everyone for all the love and support!
